SAY CHEESE: Now say, “Grilled cheese.” Now say you’ll come to Whole Foods on Monday, Sept. 8, for the Local Dish tasting that will feature grilled cheese sandwiches, apple cheddar quesadillas and cheddar and chutney on toast. Chefs serving on the tasting panel will include Marco Morosini of The Silvertron, Gary Linderman of Mudtown and Stephanie Flarity of Cobb Lane. This is an all-ages tasting sponsored by Whole Foods and the Weekly. Requested donation is $10 for adults and $5 for kids; all proceeds will benefit Birmingham Children’s Theatre.
