    he thinks he is hollywood, acting like he has paparrazi following him all the time. I’ve only seen celebrities pulling off stunts like that. Was that a city phone that he was using to take the photographers picture? Is it subject to the Freedom of Information Act? There has to be some really good stuff on there…

    Ralph, perhaps you should take another look at that video. Whitmire wasn’t the only member of the press there. I don’t know that they were there for that specific purpose. (It would seem a rather boring reason for them to be there.) Rather, it almost looks like they were there for something else. Not sure what.

    Maybe Joel Montgomery does not have a valid drivers license. He’s had problems with alcohol before. I’m thinking of the time he fell off of the retainer wall at Cobb Lane and just about knocked his own brains out. Just a thought. I wish there were more journalists like Kyle in Birmingham. For too many decades the conventional press in Birmingham has given city, county and state officials a “free ride.” Little questions lead to bigger and more important questions. Keep up the good work, Kyle.
