Thanks for the schedule of candidates’ appearances. Sorry to see that Kincaid isn’t on the list. I’ve been looking for the source of his $95,000 from 21st Century Birmingham PAC. As you know, having your toenails ripped out is more fun than dealing with the computers at Jeffco Courthouse, so I decided to cross-reference the PAC contributions via the Secretary of State’s website, and save myself some pain.
That was a bust. 21st Century B’ham PAC doesn’t have a report on the SOS website more recent than Januray, when the PAC had an ending balance of $1,030.
Oh, and it wasn’t much better with the other searches. So, I guess reporting deadlines are just “suggested” dates?

Thank you,
I’m happy that you are telling us about the schedule of candidates that will attend. If you guys haven’t had the chance to hear and see Patrick Cooper please go out there. You will find out he acts like a regular guy, but he is someone that is knowlegable and knows what needs to be done in Birmingham. I figure Kincade wouldn’t be there because he is busy fighting with council members and embarassing the city of Birmingham.
