EPA Issues Rule to Reduce Construction Site Run-off

The Environmental Protection Agency is getting a bit stricter when it comes to run-off from construction sites. New rules apply to sites of one or more acres, and stricter rules and monitoring for sites of 10 or more acres. Is it time for Birmingham to rejoin SWMA yet?
