Selections include chicken and andouille sausage gumbo; cochon in a blanket (sausage links deep fried in beignet batter); crab cake Benedict; shrimp and grits; beef tenderloin tournedos with sweet potato hash; pan fried Duroc pork chop with chorizo and blue grits souffl'e9 and several other entrees. For dessert, guests can choose from cr'e8me brulee, warm apple crisp and chocolate walnut torte.
